Anyone with an @rawesomevets.com.au email address can post. Just send an email:

• To: henry@rawesomevets.com.au
• The word "announcement" needs to appear somewhere — either in the subject (e.g. announcement: staff meeting Friday) OR in the body of the email (e.g. "Hi team, quick announcement…"). Case doesn't matter.
• Title: taken from the subject. If you used the announcement: prefix, it's stripped off automatically.
• Body: whatever you want to say. Plain text or formatted. Keep it short.
• Optional: attach one image — it'll show alongside the card.

It shows up here and on the staff hub within 10 minutes. Anything sent from outside the clinic domain is silently ignored.
