EFTPOS Terminals — Merchant Reference

Reference details for the clinic's ANZ EFTPOS merchant account and the two counter terminals. Use this when calling merchant support, logging into a terminal, ordering EFTPOS rolls, or quoting the merchant number to ANZ.

2. Terminal Login Details
Each terminal has its own Terminal ID (TID) and login password (PWD).

3. Calling Merchant Support
- Call the Merchant Support Team on 1800 039 025.
- Have the merchant number ready: 971 283.
- Quote the trading name if asked: Bligh Park Pet Health Centre.
- If the query is about a specific terminal, give its TID (see section 2).
4. Ordering EFTPOS Rolls
- EFTPOS rolls are ordered online through ANZ Payment Solutions.
- Use the Payment Solutions number for reference: 9000 60171.
- Order before you run out — keep at least one spare roll at each terminal.
